Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the development of compelling use cases and value propositions for their enterprise SaaS platform. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate a successful collaboration zone between marketing, product, sales, and customer success to drive joint go-to-market (GTM) outcomes.
- Own the product messaging and positioning tailored for target personas and use cases.
- Write use case and persona descriptions along with related case studies or stories.
- Build vertical, use case, and persona-oriented landing pages with clear and persuasive copy.
- Lead research initiatives to define target audience needs and help optimize business decisions.
- Create sales tools and go-to-market playbooks to enhance sales productivity.
- Document competitive differentiation and understand the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a product marketing team at a SaaS company, preferably related to product management or construction software.
- Strong understanding of ideal customer profile (ICP) and persona development.
- Experience in user research through quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a product management role, including writing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on customer interviews and collaboration with sales teams.
- Some understanding of product-led growth (PLG) principles.
