Our client is well funded funded SaaS company that is disrupting the legal tech industry.

Their innovative platform connects law firms and litigators with independent process servers in a way that has never been done before. They have a lightning fast turn around time, 5 days on average, as compared with several weeks industry standard. Combined with this and multiple integrations, it’s not surprising that they’ve doubled in revenue every year since 2018. 

We are looking for two Regional Sales Directors to drive greater penetration within the US market. These are remote first roles.

  

Responsibilities:


    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration within the Law Firm vertical.
    • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes, develop sales collateral and tools, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team of 4 AE's and 1 SDR, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize individual and team success.
    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous sales optimization.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and priorities.

Requirements:


  • Must have at least 8 years experience selling SaaS, with a minimum 5 years selling into Law Firms, and 2 years of Management experience. 
  • Must have experience with multi threading deals, selling to multiple stakeholders within the law firm ecosystem. 
  • Must have experience recommending and driving best processes in sales strategy, holding direct reports to a sales methodology that addresses going up market, increasing ACV's, and increasing the overall funnel. 

Additional Info/Benefits


  • Will lead a remote team, so this person can be located anywhere, but will be responsible for leading a region (East or West, and will be required to meet clients in person when needed).
