Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand net new customer base
- Own and achieve/exceed annual sales targets; both individual and team goals.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Hire and lead a small, high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales targeting enterprise customers
- Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
