Our client's AI SaaS platform drives revenue and improves UX by creating personalized ad placements for the world's largest publishers and media companies. They've been consistently growing 100% YoY and crossed 8-figures in revenue. They're hiring a Sales Director to lead Sales in North America in a player/coach role, expanding net new revenue.
  

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand net new customer base
  • Own and achieve/exceed annual sales targets; both individual and team goals.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Hire and lead a small, high-performing team.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales targeting enterprise customers
  • Consistent track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
