Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Director of Client Success to oversee implementation, expansion sales, and retention. This leadership position will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and the effective use of their solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Client Success and Implementation teams, providing strategic direction, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and effective utilization of the company's solutions.
- Supervise the delivery of all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
- Act as the face of the company for all client operations and delivery matters, engaging in high-level client interactions and external communications.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other key departments to ensure cohesive client engagement and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client success, project management, or implementation management, ideally within the health-tech sector.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams, budgets, and driving performance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to navigate and create structure in complex and dynamic environments.
