We've partnered with a fast-growing technology startup seeking a Customer Success Specialist who is eager to play a critical role in building an onboarding and activation function. This position will directly report to the Founder & CEO.
Role Overview
The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing ongoing support to clients post-launch.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and account activation process following contract agreements.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to effectively use the platform upon launch.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and contribute to product development through client feedback.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of CRM data.
- Create reporting visualizations to monitor and ensure timely onboarding.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in onboarding roles within healthcare SaaS companies.
- Proficient in CRM tools (such as HubSpot) and customer support platforms (like Intercom).
- Possess an organized, joyful, and kind personality.
