Role Overview
Our client is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel programs aimed at driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across key digital channels, including account-based marketing (ABM), search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, and lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage customer lifecycle insights tracking, focusing on lead generation, conversions, adoption, and upsell.
- Implement effective lead generation tactics, leveraging channels such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize acquisition strategies and increase conversion rates.
- Create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive end-user adoption.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM integration with HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and seamless lead flow.
- Collaborate across teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and oversee website content optimization for SEO.
- Enhance the social media presence for the brand, developing engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
- Assist in budget planning and maintain marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with proven campaign management success.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Proven experience running omnichannel digital campaigns, particularly in ABM/ABX.
- Strong copywriting skills applicable to various digital formats.
- High proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, and Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience using SEO tools such as MOZ, Semrush, or equivalent.
- Strong collaboration skills across teams.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.
