Our process is designed for efficiency and effectiveness. We start with a kickoff within 24 hours, followed by a calibration call, and provide access to both active and passive candidates within 48 hours.
Our fees are based on the candidate's base salary, not total compensation, ensuring transparency and fairness.
For sales leader searches, one-third of the fee is due upfront but is refundable within the first 30 days.
The remaining portion of the fee is due after the hire starts.
We only hire for roles based in the US and Canada. Although we don't work on international searches, we have helped multiple international startups hire their first sales leader or sales hire in the US.
If you are looking to hire outside th US, we're happy to provide a recommendation on who you should use.
We can start within 24 hours of contract signing.
For executive sales leader searches, we offer a 6-month guarantee on placements. If the candidate you hire doesn't work out during that period, we will find you a replacement.
If you end up hiring a candidate through your own network during the search, during the first 30 days we will refund any upfront fees.
