Kendra Morales is the Head of GTM & Operations at Captivate Talent, leading the go-to-market team and overseeing operations across the organization. With 26 years of experience in early-stage tech startups—spanning VC-backed, PE, and bootstrapped companies—she has a deep understanding of how to scale businesses through strategic hiring and operational efficiency. She’s passionate about solving business challenges by connecting companies with leaders who have tackled similar obstacles before.

A veteran recruiter since the early 2000s, Kendra has worked through multiple tech cycles and played a key role in building high-growth teams. She’s led executive search efforts for groundbreaking companies, including placing C-suite leaders at a pioneering Human Genome mapping firm and a high-profile nonprofit focused on clean water accessibility. Before Captivate Talent, she held leadership roles at Blue Signal Search, Candidate Labs, and Betts Recruiting, where she helped grow teams and scale revenue significantly.

Outside of work, Kendra is an avid hiker, camper, and music festival enthusiast. She loves dropping into new yoga studios, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Luckie and Frannie. She also founded and led a successful nonprofit for eight years, focused on serving the homeless and working poor.
