Maddie Mosack is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Captivate Talent, specializing in full-cycle go-to-market (GTM) recruitment for early-stage SaaS startups. With nearly a decade of experience, Madison has built a strong track record of partnering with visionary founders and executive teams at venture-backed startups to scale high-performing GTM teams. A native of North Carolina and a graduate of the College of Charleston with a BBA in Marketing, Maddie has built a reputation for her ability to identify and secure high-impact hires that drive business success.
