Role Overview

Our client is in search of a dynamic Director of Integrated Marketing to lead their demand-generation initiatives. This critical role will involve crafting and executing strategies aimed at driving pipeline growth, enhancing brand awareness, and improving customer acquisition. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and will manage a talented team dedicated to digital acquisition and account-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand-generation strategy.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support sales goals.
  • Optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead campaigns across email, content, social media, SEO/SEM, webinars, and paid advertising.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives for seamless lead transitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaign success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Marketing Leader or Director with a focus on demand generation.
  • Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns for targeted audiences.
  • 3+ years managing a team of 5+ direct reports.
  • Strong knowledge of account-based marketing, digital marketing, and emerging trends.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS platforms to enterprise-level buyers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
