Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing to define and build their marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will set the roadmap, optimize the product-led growth funnel, and establish scalable demand-generation processes to accelerate growth. As the first senior marketing hire, you will report directly to the co-founder and have the autonomy to shape strategy, execution, and future team expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a data-driven marketing roadmap aligned with growth goals.
- Build end-to-end demand generation across inbound, paid, and organic channels.
- Optimize lead generation, trial-to-paid conversion, and product-led growth motion.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Execute high-impact content, video, and thought leadership strategies.
- Scale SEO, SEM, and paid acquisition to improve efficiency and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Implement marketing automation, analytics, and reporting for growth optimization.
- Lay the foundation for future team expansion, with hiring planned for 2025.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in MarTech, messaging, or automation.
- Expertise in product-led growth and demand generation, with experience optimizing self-serve funnels and inbound growth.
- Ability to define strategy and execute in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of growth optimization.
- Product marketing savvy, with the capability to position and differentiate products in competitive markets.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working with marketing automation tools.
