Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist who will drive key marketing initiatives focused on building brand presence, executing campaigns, and supporting product launches. This role will be vital in enhancing the company's market strategy and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the company's social media presence and brand assets on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Execute targeted paid advertising campaigns to increase product demos with prospective clients.
- Create visually compelling case studies that illustrate customer successes with the platform.
- Design and implement creative, cost-effective marketing campaigns that are unique and scalable.
- Produce diverse marketing materials including videos, blogs, and infographics that meet project requirements.
- Formulate robust go-to-market strategies for new product launches and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assess brand value and strategize alignment with company goals to enhance SEO performance.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators such as Demos Booked, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Optimize CRM functionalities including funnels, reporting, and landing pages to achieve best-in-class results.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing roles with a proven success in growth campaigns; experience within a healthcare technology SaaS company is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), design software (like Canva), and other marketing technology tools.
- Positive, experimental attitude with effective communication skills and a strong work ethic.
