Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations & Strategy who will play a critical role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the Sales and Sales Operations teams. This leader will optimize current processes, implement new strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing business strategies and translate them into operational objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and recruiters to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for sales positions.
- Manage the onboarding program for new sales representatives, focusing on reducing time to productivity.
- Design and implement a standardized consultative sales process across the organization.
- Ensure the accurate entry of deal opportunities in the company CRM and lead pipeline review meetings.
- Oversee the sales and marketing technology stack, ensuring its effectiveness and compliance.
- Develop and maintain reporting metrics and dashboards related to sales and marketing performance.
- In collaboration with the CCO, develop quota models and oversee compensation plans.
- Establish a sales management cadence to drive performance through regular meetings and reviews.
- Act as an advocate for the sales organization, facilitating the sharing of best practices.
- Conduct regular analyses of sales pipelines and performance metrics.
- Assist in coordination and measurement of sales conferences in partnership with Marketing.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of related experience in Sales Analytics/Operations.
- B2B sales model experience with strong proficiency in Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leaders at all levels.
- A team player and leader capable of motivating and training others.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic goals with immediate business needs.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a capacity for data analysis.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
