Executive Search Director
Kelsey Mooney is an Executive Search Director at Captivate Talent, where she specializes in placing senior go-to-market (GTM) leaders at high-growth SaaS startups. With over 10 years of recruiting experience across nonprofits and tech, Kelsey excels in understanding the unique needs of founders and hiring managers to identify candidates who will make an immediate impact.
Before joining Captivate Talent, Kelsey spent 10 years in the nonprofit sector, where she was a founding member of JDRF’s (now Breakthrough T1D) talent acquisition team and spent several years at DRG Search, partnering with large non-profits on primarily C-Suite level searches.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys family time, especially summer weekends at the Jersey Shore with her husband, Rob, and their two children, Jack and Tess.
