Kelsey

One of her favorite parts of recruiting is the challenge of needing to take a unique approach based on the role. She enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

What does Kelsey think makes a successful interview process? Being collaborative, supportive, and transparent to everyone involved. Kelsey says there is no better feeling than the win-win of placing the right candidate in the right role!

Kelsey lives in NJ with her husband and two children, Jack & Tess. When she’s not chasing around two toddlers, you can find her spending time with her family at the Jersey Shore. (Rumor has it Kelsey can be found fist-pumping at Parker House, how lit!)

Do your research before an interview! If you don't know anything about the company, it won't matter how strong your skills are.

What's your best tip for companies hiring?

Be open to candidates outside of your ideal profile. Strong candidates with transferable skills will be able to learn quickly and they will also bring a new and fresh perspective!
