Before founding Captivate Talent in 2017, Chris led talent acquisition at two high-growth startups, where he built recruitment strategies from the ground up and had a global remit. He is passionate about guiding hiring managers through a thoughtful and transparent process to ensure long-term success for both clients and candidates.
When he’s not connecting top talent with transformative opportunities, Chris can be found hunting for the world’s best pizza, or cooking at home with his family.
