Tyler Mattos

Tyler Mattos is an Executive Search Director at Captivate Talent, where he specializes in helping high-growth SaaS companies scale their go-to-market (GTM) teams at the executive level. With over a decade of experience in recruiting, Tyler has partnered with numerous early-stage startups to strategically grow their revenue, marketing, and customer success functions.

Before joining Captivate Talent in September 2023, Tyler spent seven years at Betts Recruiting, where he built out the East Coast presence and led a high-performing team. He then moved to Candidate Labs, focusing on placing revenue and marketing leaders in executive positions. His deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and commitment to helping both companies and candidates succeed make him a trusted partner in the tech space.

Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Chapman University. A Bay Area native, he is a passionate fan of the 49ers, Warriors, Giants, and Sharks. He also considers himself a pizza connoisseur, indulging in his favorite dish at least twice a week.
