Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our client’s team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with potential customers and demonstrate how their platform effectively addresses communication challenges. Your focus will be on managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring clients recognize the invaluable benefits of the company’s offerings.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and effective sales presentations to demonstrate product value.
- Navigate sales cycles thoughtfully, maintaining control while adapting to customer comfort levels.
- Encourage prospect and customer site visits to better understand their needs.
- Develop comprehensive account plans and stakeholder maps for key accounts.
- Design creative outreach strategies to support lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Leverage partner integrations to differentiate offerings and facilitate partner introductions to potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in collaboration with the contract management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales with a focus on complex, high-value deals.
- Expertise in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales technologies.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
- A deep interest in technology and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum expectation of being in the office two days per week when not meeting with clients.
