Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Account Executive, who will spearhead the sales of their innovative AI solutions to top financial institutions, including banks and private equity firms. This role entails managing the complete sales cycle, making it essential for the candidate to possess both sales expertise and the credibility to build lasting relationships with discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prestigious financial institutions, ensuring trust as a foundational element of client partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing deals, collaborating with senior leadership and workflow owners.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ unique workflows and pain points, articulating how the AI solutions provided can address their specific needs.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing, achieving favorable agreements for both the client and our company.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing sales role with a successful history of securing deals and negotiating contracts, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the financial landscape, particularly within banking, insurance, and asset management; experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions is advantageous.
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to comprehend and address client challenges, providing customized solutions to enhance efficiency.
