Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to take on a key hunter sales role, collaborating closely with the CEO to promote the company’s solutions in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and managing the end-to-end sales cycle, driving revenue growth across the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including discovery, demos, proposal development, and closing deals.
  • Generate and convert sales-qualified leads from various sources such as events, social media, and community engagement.
  • Host and participate in industry events, conferences, and discussions to understand customer challenges and promote the company's solutions.
  • Create educational resources and forums to inform potential customers about the product, share case studies, and conduct product demos.
  • Collaborate with Product and Content teams to develop customized solutions that cater to unique customer needs and market demands.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in large enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
  • A strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new business and generating net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Experience in Change & Transformation is advantageous.
  • Performance-driven with the ability to navigate complexities within large enterprises, including Fortune 500 firms.
  • Strong commercial acumen and capability to align industry challenges with product solutions.
  • Adept at listening and formulating insightful questions to uncover customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior decision-makers and presenting to large groups.
  • A personality that stands out—embracing uniqueness is encouraged!
