This cutting-edge company is focused on Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA), providing companies with a more flexible and user-friendly approach to healthcare coverage. They are looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Account Executive to join their growing Commercial Team. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial-minded, comfortable in diverse communication methods, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create a pipeline of qualified benefits brokers.
  • Identify new client opportunities and build quotes.
  • Advise on plan design strategies and lead demos.
  • Manage a high-velocity sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the mission of making health insurance more accessible and affordable through ICHRA.
  • Engage with leads via email, phone calls, social media, and conferences.
  • Articulate a compelling value proposition to senior-level decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of progressive sales experience.
  • Experience selling benefits, HR, or insurance products.
  • Strong analytical skills for running complex quotes and evaluating health benefits options.
  • Familiarity with sales technology (Hubspot preferred).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to work hard in a fast-paced setting.
  • Some regional travel required (approximately once per month).

Benefits

Additional knowledge of startups and health plans, as well as experience working with health benefits brokers and company benefits leaders, will be considered a plus.
