We've partnered with the Head of Sales of a Series A FinTech company whose accounting automation platform is the first of its kind. This innovative platform has gained quick traction with top firms and is looking to expand their sales team by adding SMB Account Executives.
Role Overview
The SMB Account Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process of our client's platform, working closely with leading accounting firms and finance teams across the US.
Responsibilities
- Run the end-to-end process of selling the platform to leading accounting firms and finance teams in the US.
- Dive deep into the product, thoroughly understand customer needs, and become an expert in the solution.
- Develop relationships with Accounting firms and Finance Teams, including CFOs, Head of Finance, and VP Finance.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to develop a Sales Playbook, define go-to-market strategies, and shape product direction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year involved in closing deals.
- Experience selling deals between $5k-$12k ACV.
- A preference for fast-closing deals, often within 1-2 calls.
- A strong inclination towards high-volume transactional sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A natural curiosity and a hunger for knowledge, always eager to ask questions and learn.
