Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and expand a team of approximately 10 individuals. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a robust playbook aimed at acquiring new enterprise customers and driving overall business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Establish sales processes and methodologies to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the HRTech industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
