Role Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding and addressing the needs of prospective customers, effectively demonstrating how the company's platform can resolve their communication challenges. You will manage a fast-paced sales process, ensuring potential clients recognize the value of the solutions offered.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and effective sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Navigate sales cycles thoughtfully, ensuring a comfortable pace for customers while maintaining control over the process.
- Encourage site visits to understand customer use cases better.
- Develop detailed account plans and stakeholder maps for key accounts.
- Design innovative outreach strategies and support account-based marketing activities to generate leads.
- Leverage partner integrations to differentiate the product and encourage partner sales representatives to connect with potential customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in collaboration with the contract management team.
Key Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a SaaS environment.
- 1-3 years in a B2B SaaS sales role.
- Availability to work 2-3 days in the Charlotte, NC office.
- Ability to discuss technical products and simplify complex ideas for varied audiences.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Capability to manage extended and intricate sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to attend industry events and travel to client sites as required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
