Role Overview

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and booking meetings with potential clients, particularly targeting Chief Data Officers, VP/Directors of Data Analytics, and other key decision-makers within mid-enterprise and large companies who are looking to explore data governance strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to identify potential clients and generate interest in data governance solutions.
  • Book a minimum of 3 meetings per week for Account Executives.
  • Understand clients' needs and pain points in data strategy to effectively communicate value.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive products, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in tech or data solutions.
  • Strong cold calling skills and ability to engage prospects.
  • Familiarity with client tech stacks, including cloud providers and data platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
