We've partnered with a leading Israeli-based Series C SaaS company that specializes in an AI Product Discovery Platform, working with top e-commerce brands such as Prada, Zales, and Farfetch. Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive expansion within enterprise-level e-commerce and retail brands in the US, particularly in the Fashion, Home Decor, and Jewelry industries. This role offers the opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and close—while contributing to the growth and innovation in the retail tech sector.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for managing a robust sales pipeline and engaging with key stakeholders at enterprise-level clients. This position requires a deep understanding of the retail sector and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that provide significant ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements to address prospects' business challenges, advising on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term value.
  • Create tailored demonstrations and become a product expert to deliver customized demos that align with client needs.
  • Develop expertise in visual AI, e-commerce, and the retail tech market to educate and position effectively with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and documentation in Salesforce while managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Network, outreach, build, and leverage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at Fortune 500 and top retail brands.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of enterprise software sales experience in retail tech or e-commerce, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven success in selling innovative solutions/services to merchants/enterprises, particularly focusing on eCommerce solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and build trust through a consultative selling approach.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, and AI-driven solutions; experience selling to enterprise clients in these industries is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
  • A collaborative mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment with high integrity and a passion for driving impactful results.
  • Experience navigating CRM tools like Salesforce and presenting SaaS-based solutions.
