Role Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and independent SaaS Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing the sales process from lead generation to close. This role will focus on mid-funnel acceleration, utilizing a structured sales playbook, and maintaining a robust pipeline of deals in the $20,000 to $100,000 range.
Responsibilities
- Sales Process Management: Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Mid-Funnel Acceleration: Strategically engage prospects to maintain momentum in the sales process, ensuring efficient deal progression.
- Adherence to Sales Playbook: Follow the established sales playbook diligently, executing strategies that align with company goals while providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Pipeline Development: Identify and develop opportunities through outbound prospecting, marketing leads, and referrals, maintaining a robust and accurate sales pipeline.
- Deal Expertise: Successfully manage and close deals ranging from $20,000 to $100,000.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
- CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, providing clear visibility into sales activity and forecasted performance.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven expertise in managing and closing deals ranging from $20,000 to $100,000.
- Strong experience in mid-funnel acceleration, with the ability to keep deals progressing efficiently.
- Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and sales enablement platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
