We've partnered with the founders of a fast-growing SaaS startup that's transforming sales training with AI-powered role-play. Their innovative platform assists sales representatives in honing their skills with lifelike AI buyers, enabling them to close more deals with confidence. After an impressive year in which they achieved over $1M in ARR through founder-led sales within just 11 months, they are expanding their sales team and looking for an Account Executive in the San Francisco area.

Role Overview

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and shaping the future of the sales organization. This position requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with the founders to design effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Close large mid-market and enterprise deals in a high-growth environment (ACVs ranging from $30K to multiple 6 figures).
  • Collaborate with the founders to design and implement innovative sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and shaping of the sales organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in building and tinkering with AI solutions.
  • Experience in B2B sales-tech is a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable working in person with the San Francisco team.
