About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to play a crucial role in driving our client's growth. In this high-impact position, you will cultivate and expand relationships with enterprise accounts, focusing on top private equity firms, investment firms, and their portfolio companies. This position demands a proven enterprise sales professional adept at managing complex sales cycles, with a history of exceeding quotas and a keen interest in closing strategic, high-value deals.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting enterprise accounts in private equity and financial services.
- Engage with senior decision-makers at private equity firms and portfolio companies, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on executive compensation.
- Develop tailored sales strategies and business cases to align with the needs of investment firms and their talent teams.
- Navigate complex deal structures, including pricing and negotiations, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and accelerate growth.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and help shape the sales process and expansion plans.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas, playing a key role in the overall success of the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling to financial services and private equity clients.
- Experience in closing high-value deals ($100K+ ACV) in a consultative sales environment.
- Ability to sell data-driven solutions; experience in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or compensation analytics is a plus.
- A strong understanding of private equity, financial markets, or compensation strategy is advantageous.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with comfort in leading discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
