Role Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior Account Executive who will play a crucial role in revolutionizing how construction works. This position involves being a key element of the sales team, engaging with the most innovative builders in the industry and driving revenue and growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Charge: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including delivering engaging, hands-on demonstrations of the platform.
- Build Trust and Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships by showcasing the company's value at every stage.
- Hustle Hard: Proactively seek new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and cold calls.
- Be the Expert: Understand clients’ needs to create tailored solutions that address their toughest challenges.
- Collaborate to Win: Work with marketing to refine messaging, collaborate with BDR teams, and provide product feedback to drive innovation.
- Stay Sharp: Maintain CRM updates and track key metrics to enhance performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and exceeding quotas.
- Exceptional prospecting, negotiating, and closing abilities with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and creating champions within prospect companies.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies applicable to the sales cycle.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort in demonstrating software solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and prospects as needed.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
