Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, optimizing sales tools, and providing valuable insights that drive performance across the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales onboarding program to accelerate new hire productivity.
  • Develop ongoing training initiatives, including sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching programs.
  • Manage and optimize the use of Hubspot and sales enablement platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of sales assets, including pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
  • Work closely with marketing to align content and messaging with sales needs.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership based on data analysis.
  • Implement feedback loops with sales teams to continuously refine enablement strategies.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Support sales leadership with strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between sales and other departments to improve communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role.
  • 1+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience (preferably in SAAS).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and Hubspot.
  • Experience in developing training programs and sales playbooks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using sales metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
