Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to join our client's fast-paced sales team. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in scaling the sales operations while gaining valuable exposure to the AI and health-tech sectors. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting medical clinics across all 50 states.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, cultivating long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Contribute to the development of the sales playbook and assist in scaling the team with a goal to triple the sales size within the next year.
- Engage with Leadership: Work closely with the Head of Sales and have daily interactions with company founders and engineering teams.
- Work in a Talent-Dense Environment: Join a group of smart and kind teammates within a high-performance culture.
- Maintain CRM Discipline: Carefully track pipeline activities and metrics to ensure consistent progress towards goals.
Requirements:
- 1-10 years of experience as an Account Executive.
- Proven track record of success in sales at an early-stage startup.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, creativity, and passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work in-person in NYC, five days a week.
