Role Overview
Our client is looking for their first Account Executive who is excited about the challenge of building a 0 to 1 sales function. This role requires a self-starter who will work closely with and report directly to the Founder & CEO.
Responsibilities
- Own full cycle sales: manage inbound and outbound sales processes, lead management, product demos, and closing sales.
- Collaborate with support teams to upsell and cross-sell existing customers into larger product bundles/contracts.
- Create new opportunities through proactive cold calling.
- Maintain data integrity and health within the CRM.
- Build reporting visualizations based on pipeline management and develop KPIs for the sales function.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales roles with a proven track record of success, preferably within healthcare technology startups.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and other sales tools.
- Personality traits: Persistence, determination, and a positive, enjoyable demeanor.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $60K-80K base, with On Target Earnings of $120K-160K.
