They cater to a diverse clientele, including registered investment advisors (RIAs) seeking advanced platforms and consumers in need of personalized advisory services.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive (AE) to focus on outbound sales within the financial advisory technology sector. This role involves owning the new revenue vertical, driving business development, and enhancing lead generation for our client's platform and services.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct sales meetings independently and effectively.
  • Bring advisors onto the platform with an emphasis on revenue generation and adoption.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business model and product offerings within the first 90 days.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process and master the product pitch.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the RIA ecosystem and a solid understanding of the financial advisory services language.
  • Experience navigating the complexities of a relationship-driven industry.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate the value proposition effectively to potential advisor partners.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets, with quarterly goals of $500,000 in new deals and an annual target of $2 million.

Compensation for this role is structured as a 50/50 split between base salary and variable compensation, providing an incentive-driven environment for strong performers.
