Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Account Executive to be part of our client's US go-to-market team. This role is pivotal in expanding their footprint within the Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS startup environment, managing the full sales cycle and helping leading brands overcome complex data challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Engage with top Transportation and Logistics brands to understand their data challenges and demonstrate the value of the platform.
  • Build a pipeline in an emerging market segment by leveraging existing networks and generating new leads.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals by converting leads into new business opportunities.
  • Consultatively identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions showcasing clear business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends and the latest platform features to effectively position the offerings.
  • Manage assigned territory and opportunities in Salesforce, adhering to reporting and activity targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full sales cycle quota-carrying experience in a solution-based SaaS sales environment.
  • Background in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics with a deep understanding of industry pain points.
  • Experience using or selling data management, analytics, or cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of full sales cycle quota-carrying experience in SaaS.
  • Track record of success selling into Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics.
  • Enterprise sales experience with a history of closing large six-figure deals.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
