Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the company’s solutions directly to prospects and through agency and tech partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging with senior-level decision makers and presenting the value proposition of their platform, which optimizes digital content for enterprise brands.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by selling solutions both directly and indirectly through partnerships.
  • Manage both a direct and an indirect sales quota.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within partner agencies and their enterprise clients.
  • Understand client business challenges to develop tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to senior executives, demonstrating measurable business impact.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles to close multi-million dollar deals.
  • Maintain a high-energy, professional approach centered on exceeding revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on marketing technology trends, particularly in AI and content marketing.
  • Incentivize collaborative solution-building with clients.
  • Travel as necessary to meet clients and further sales initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to co-sell products with agency partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to enhance sales engagement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, particularly with marketing leaders.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing large deals.
  • Experience in both agency and tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and digital transformations.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially to senior executives.
  • Deep knowledge of content marketing is advantageous.
  • Passionate about AI in marketing and its implications on content strategies.
  • Highly motivated with a detail-oriented approach to follow-up.
  • Must be located in the NYC area and able to work closely with clients in person.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about new trends and technology.
